Awesome workout! I’m looking forward to doing it again, hopefully not after 150 wall balls. Is anyone else having trouble walking, standing, getting up from seated position, stairs…?
I’m having trouble functioning! I need a wheelchair!
Ha ha… Ladies, I would like to say that I am just fine but it would be a big fat lie! I am hurting like son of a gun too. Hydrate and keep on moving!!!!
