    Good turnout for our 1st partner wod. And most important : it was a lot of fun. You guys worked very hard and it was a pleasure to coach you some new crossfit moves. Thank you Denise and Lou for bringing in the twins , Brook and Morgan, our future crossfit kids. They are adorable. Sorry , we had to miss Steve and Bryan today. These two guys didn’t, even know each other on Monday and they are already running their first Mud Run today . This is what CrossFit is truly about. Building our community , making new friends and getting inspired by somebody elses passsion. Steven will put up some pictures soon. Congrats Steve and Bryan. Please, let the world know how much you like our box . Thank you everybody for coming and make the Saturday wod so special.

      I’m so glad I’ve found you guys driving by and stopping to say hello. Thank you for having us this week and especially today with our twins. According to them mommy did a great job. Me and Joe were struggling, but after the class after I’ve regained my composure I realized we weren’t supposed to to 50 reps each! I won’t make that mistake again and I’m sure our time will improve as well

      Thanks again to the wonderful coaches at Crossfit DFB. Come on by and give it a try. I’m a complete newbie to crossfit training and I love it. Great job guys.

    A big thanks to both Tigress and Steven! This has been my first week trying CrossFit and so happy I found it with the two of you. I was nervous about my first day, but Steven welcomed me and I’m hooked! Today’s partner WOD was intense yet awesome. I loved it! Thanks for welcoming my girls, they enjoyed it! Looking forward to future WODs with both of you at Crossfit Deerfield!

    Thank you for the great workouts this week. even though i can barely move after two workouts, i am excited to go back tomorrow! The partner WOD with my brother and sister was a blast! can’t wait for the next one.

    A big thank you goes out to Lou, Denise and Luke for the kind words. Lou we’re so pleased with your effort and enthusiasm. It was great to see you guys as a whole family here enjoying CrossFit. Denise we’re so happy and honored to be the ones who get to show you what CrossFit is all about. You are a natural! Keep up the great work and we look forward to seeing you grow as an athlete. Luke just 3 workouts in and I can see you have great potential as a CrossFitter and pick up on our cues very quickly. Great job everyone!!! Come often, learn, work hard and the rest will fall into place :)
