CrossFit Games Open 13.2
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Shoulder-to-overhead (115/75 lbs)
10 Deadlifts (115/75 lbs)
15 Box jumps (24″/20″)

    My poor butt and legs keep suffering….Box jumps grrrr. I feel bad for those competing who did the lounges workout!!

    OMG. The Deer are still talking about the lunges. It’s Thursday already. We did lunges on Monday. LOL. It felt good doing 13.2 today. Nice job Deer we have seen some big numbers.
