This option is for athletes who have Rx HSPU. Score is max distance walked on hands. Use width of floor mats as a guide. Each mat is 4′ in width.

Handstand Push-ups (Spend 15:00 Practicing HSPU)

This option is for athletes who do not yet have Rx HSPU. Work with coaches on different options to try today. Score is max reps you are able to complete in one set. Can be Rx, with abmat, or abmat + plates.
