Warm-up
Strength
Snatch (12:00 – 8 x 1 @ 70-75% of 1RM)
Snatches are to a full squat. Warm up to 70%, then work on form for 8 single reps – range of weight used for all 8 sets should be within 5% (i.e. – all sets performed at challenging weights). This is not a max effort attempt – nobody should fail on any of the 8 reps. Score is weight used in final set.
