10 REPS

– arm circles

– 2 tap touches

– cheerleader lunges

– push ups

– burps (half burpee)

– 50 single jump ropes

Gymnastics

Pull-ups (every 30sec 2-4 strict BW Pull-ups for 5 min)

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

EMOM for 30 min.

Minute 1 : 30 Dubs or 40 sec of Dub practice

Minute 2: 10 Burpees

Minute 3: 15 KB swings 35/55
