200 m run

150 DB thrusters 25/35

100 CTB pull-ups

50 box jumps 30/24

1st athlete is running

2nd athletes is performing thrusters

3rd athlete is holding a bar 80/115 ( if the bar is dropped 5 Burpee penalty for whole team)

While one athlete is running the 200 m the other two athletes can use the time together to chip away the reps but one has to hold the bar , however they can switch around between the bar hold and

e.g. – CTB pull ups while the 3 rd person is running.
