5 Sets – of 3 minute AMRAPs:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push ups
40 Situps
50 Air Squats
Rest 3 minutes after each AMRAP, then begin the next AMRAP at the last rep of the previous one. Score is rounds plus reps.
