4 Sets:
4-6 Front Squats (add weight each set)
Rest 60 sec
20 Weighted Sit Ups (20/30)
Rest 60 sec
then
15 min AMRAP:
20 Walking Lunges (total)
10 Toes-to-Bar
5 Renegade Rows (each arm, 20/30)
