Find a place to run while enjoying the outdoors – down the beach, at a park, around your neighborhood.
20:00 Running Clock:
Run for the duration of the 20:00, performing the following:
Every 2 mins perform alternating 50 DUBs (100 Singles) or 50 Mountain Climbers.
Example:
2:00 – 50 DUBs
4:00 – 50 Mountain Climbers
6:00 – 50 DUBs
8:00 – 50 Mountain Climbers
Score is approximate total distance run.
