4-6 Strict Press
Rest 90 seconds
30 Hollow Rocks
Rest 90 seconds
then
5 Rounds:
20 yard Suicide Sprint (5-10-15-20, down and back)
10 DB Ground to Overhead (25/35)
then
Max Handstand Hold

Fitness WOD
5 Rounds:
15 Push Press (pvc)
10 Hollow Rocks
then
3 Rounds:
200m Run
10 MB Ground to Overhead

    Crossfit is family, community, encouragement, strength, mental toughness. The list could go on forever. All I know is when I stepped foot into this box 10months ago it was a life changing experience I’ve become a better athlete, friend, coworker, and more importantly a better person. I’ve learned how to push my body past points I never thought possible. I’ve gained so many awesome friends that I get the pleasure of encouraging and growing with into better crossfitters everyday. Crossfit is so much more than just our box it’s a lifestyle a way of life and I wouldn’t trade it for anything! 🙂

    Crossfit is training for the different mental and physical challenges that occurs in everyday life. So when those challenges present themselves you will be ready, as long as you have your wrist wraps, knee sleeves, hand tape, and 2 different kinds of shoes depending on the situation.
