Not 4 rounds of everything listed but technically 4 rounds of run/wb/kbs! How did everyone like the new wall ball targets? 🙂
I like the wall ball targets it actually makes it easier, but I like my 1 mile run too, with the 45 lbs sand bag after this work out 🙂 Thanks Omar.
