30 Snatch (165/100 lb)
10 Burpees
Max rep Snatch (210/120 lb)

    What a way to be introduced to my first Open…those 135# snatches killed me! Very humbling experience but makes me want to come back for more. Thinking about giving it another shot tomorrow. But great job by all the other guys…James, Greg, Rob, Matt…you all killed it! And Tom with 150, hell of a job man! And thanks to all the judges and coaches, it was a very exciting and fun atmosphere to kick off the Open season!
