    Way to start the week!!!…And I do believe it is harder than it looks. I’ve learned my lesson thinking something looks relatively easy prematurely and then it completely kicks my butt. lol.

    Steven, what are the best ways to work on shoulder strength and mobility? I agree with Matt that those were the toughest that day, and I am unfortunately suffering from some shoulder discomfort that I think strengthening could definitely help with. Thanks.

  4. Hi George, I would start with stretching with the blue band everyday when you get to the box. Then foam roll your shoulders with a round foam balls. Lastly use the pvc pipe and practice your pass throughs trying to keep your elbows straight with a wide snatch grip. Start with these mobility exercises for now which will actually help strength your shoulders. Let me know how it goes.
