    Angie got me this morning…craaaaaamp!! LOL. Great job though by Lee on his sub 20:00 finish and the rest of the rooster crew at 6:00 a.m.!!

      Kyle, I think you need some sea salt so you don’t get cramps. Put an 1/8 of a tsp or less on your tongue until it liquefies then drink a cup of water. It helps your cells absorb the water you are drinking instead of it passing through you without be utilized. You can do this a couple times a day if you want between meals.

  2. 27 and change for me. Sorry, Kyle hope that cramp goes away! You looked like you were in some serious pain. Awesome job Lee!!! Small classes this morning. Is it because everyone’s so sore from yesterday’s WOD and/or cherry picking?! Hmmm… 🙂

    A little of both. Seems like a lot of athletes don’t like Angie too much and yesterday’s WOD was completely insane.Hope you feel better Kyle, you’re a beast!
