Workout of the Day
Strength:
Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1
then
15 Rounds:
1 Power Clean
5 Front Squats
(add weight each round)
Score = Total weight squatted

      Yep Fred I agree! I will start with the lighter PVC and move to the heavier one.. Then from there I don’t know if I wil make it lol.. How can we do front squat strength again.? I’m so sore from Monday still and yesterday ..I must be getting old ha?!:)
