10 Rounds: Row 30s, then rest for 30s
1 minute Rest
10 Rounds: 100m Sprint, then rest until the full minute
1 minute Rest
10 Rounds: Burpees for 30s, then rest for 30s

    2 sets of 4 times thru the following
    1 min @ 16 s/m, 5k + 10
    1 min @ 22 s/m, 5k
    1 min @ 28 s/m, 5k-3
    1 min @ 22 s/m, 5k
    1 min @ 28 s/m, 5k-3

    One set cycles thru this 5 min series 4-times without stopping. Rest 5 min between sets
