5 sets of the sequence:
7 rounds of:
1 power clean
1 front squat
1 push press
1 back squat
1 push press
*No setting the bar down during a set (power clean must be touch-and-go). Rest between sets as needed. Goal is max load in a set.

    I did it today. Had 135 on the bar for the first round, took me about 5:20 to finish. I reduced my wt after that bc my wrist and shoulder was bothering me. I went to 115 and finished each round under 4:20, with 2-3 min rest between sets.
