    With the clock still running, rest 5:00min as a team then:

    3 RFT
    500m row
    25 T2B

    Score is based on total time it takes to complete both wods including rest time.

    Tony – was it cold laser therapy that you mentioned Monday night about the scar tissue around my broken toe? I’d like to find a doctor in the area that does it, and see if my insurance would help cover it. Let me know 🙂 Thanks!
