    Rowing club WOD 5:30

    10k row for form & technique. Please sign up online. Limited space to only 9 athletes.
    Warmup & mobility work starts at 5:30. This WOD is designed to fix stroke faults. We will begin rowing promptly at 6:00pm. This rowing piece is not for time, however there will be a 60:00 min cap so that the 7pm class will have access to the ergs.
