Workout of the Day
Power Clean
Find your 1 rep max.
15 minutes to work up to a heavy power clean
then
12min AMRAP – “Hang Power Clean Ladder”
(Use 75% of the established Power Clean)
Do 1 HPC, 2 HPC, 3 HPC, 4 HPC, 5 HPC, & then restart at 1.
If you fail mid-round you must start round over at 1 HPC.
Score is total rounds plus reps.
