Workout of the Day
3 Rounds:
10 Bulgarian Split Squats (each leg)
Rest 30 sec
60 sec Handstand Hold (or 45 sec KBS)
Rest 30 sec
then
“Annie”
50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of:
Double-unders(or singles, no 3x DU)
Sit-ups

    Great performance today. I have seen some awesome looking dead lift # s and most important good form. Both, our veterans as well as our new members out did themselves. Nice work Deer. Please make sure to sign up for the classes to want to take. 22 Deer in the 7 pm class. We all want you to come but please let us know you are coming. Cannot wait to coach you guys tomorrow.
