How to Join

Step 1

New to CrossFit? We will provide you with 3 on-ramp sessions prior to joining the CrossFit group classes. The sessions are either one-on-one or small group sessions, and are designed to teach you the skills and functional movements required for participation in our daily CrossFit programs. You will receive the individual attention needed to get up to speed and to make your experience a safe and memorable one. By appointment only.
