    Yes, the CrossFit GIRLS are tough. I hope you start recording your WODs and times, Deers. These benchmark WODs are coming back once in a while. This is a great way to measure your progress. Thank you , Deers, for joining our CrossFit family. We are adding new members every day. Steven, Tony, and I are so amazed how well everybody managed our Foundation classes. The improvements are just awesome. It certainly showed in our partner wod today. Your forms have improved so much. I loved how some of you started out with a weight you thought you could manage just to change to a lighter weight during the workout to be able to maintaine your form. Have a nice weekend, cannot wait to see you all back next week.

LOL Keep pushing it and you’ll be amazed with what you can do 😉 As Tigress said, it was an amazing week working with you, Deers, and seeing all the little light bulbs come on!! Continue to work on your form and remember the cues we’ve gone over. We value form over weight so remember, you’re intensity is perfect form. Be a technician when it comes to the lifts. Do the hard work now and in the future it will be more fun because it’s easy and you’ll love it, trust me!! Have a great weekend and can’t wait to see all of you next week and FYI there will be a couple of new surprises! 😉 PS – Please keep commenting and giving us your feedback because we love hearing from you and seeing you in the gym isn’t enough 😉
