    Omar loved the WOD! It was very hard for me, but I think the skill of the week is even harder!!!! Thanks coaches for the push and support. Gabi was at the right spot when I needed!

    This workout was fun – mostly because I could do the rope climb for the first time – no mods. I think it was my new crossfit socks. I wasn’t afraid to get burned by the rope.
