    I just want to thank everyone who encouraged me today, you guys are the best, everyone made me feel like family!! YOU GUYS ARE MY CROSSFIT FAMILY!!! OHS was not easy however I preferred this over the power cleans. Thanks Steven, I am enjoying these workouts!!

    It seems like everybody loved Nancy. Great job on learning the Over Head squat. The Wod allowed us to spend a lot of time on coaching the squat. Everybody had great form. Remember deers it pays off to work on your form first before you add any weights. Cannot weight until tomorrow, a lot of people have already signed in for the WOD
