Beach

CrossFit Deerfield Beach is located near the beach, a great place to work out. Exercising outdoors is full of benefits. The beach allows for great cross-training and strength building. There is no shortage of physical activities to ensure you will break a sweat. The sand and water offer additional resistance, making your workout more intense. The feet are working against a soft surface with more “give” than a harder surface. This forces you to engage the muscles in your lower body even more.

Pool

Swimming is a non-weight bearing exercise so it is brilliant as a recovery workout on your off days. At CrossFit Deerfield Beach, we turn our pool sessions into a workout in and of itself. We use a combination of swimming and weight bearing land exercises to provide the full benefits of both elements.
