  1. Hahaha…yes!! Thanks for the math Mike! 😉 A “Cherry Picker” is one who picks and chooses which WODs they will do and which WODs they will skip. Some choose to cherry pick because they don’t feel good about a certain movement or lift and others cherry pick because they don’t feel like doing the prescribed WOD that day. Point is, one will never truly grow physically and mentally by staying comfortable and doing what comes easy to them! 😛 Have a great WOD tomorrow Deer and give it your best!!!
